Best Time to Use:
Time of Day is AM or PM, used on damp skin. The Routine Step is Cleansing/Exfoliating, replacing your regular cleanser on the days you use it. The Frequency is Daily (the product is gentle enough for daily use according to the manufacturer), or 2-3 times per week if your skin is dry or sensitive. If used daily, apply very light pressure.
